The Stated Clerk of synod keeps records of all proceedings of URCNA synods. The Stated Clerk is also the primary contact person for the URCNA..
Our beliefs are summarized in the Ecumenical Creeds, shared by all churches worthy of the name Christian, and by the Three Forms of Unity, three confessions widely used by Reformed churches with roots in the Netherlands.

Church Order of the United Reformed Churches in North America. In 1 Corinthians 14:40 Christians are commanded "let all things be done properly and in an orderly manner" (NASB). To promote good order in the churches, our Reformed forefathers drafted and adopted rules and regulations for the government of the Reformed churches at several Reformed synods in the late sixteenth century. The Synod of Dort (1618-1619) reviewed those previous synodical decisions and combined and readopted many of them in what has come to be known as the Church Order of Dordrecht or the Church Order of Dort. Our URCNA Church Order is based upon and is a modern adaptation of that Church Order of Dort. Our Church Order was adopted at the first URCNA synod in 1996 and underwent minor revision in 1997.
